Who we are
Bijli LLC (“Bijli,” “we,” “us”) is a project management consultancy and ClickUp Verified Consultant. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information when you visit www.bijli.org (the “Site”), fill out one of our forms, or contact us. Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to share with us, including when you:
Fill out a contact, consultation or audit request form (for example your name, email address, phone number, company name, role and details about your project)
Book a consultation or call with us
Email us or otherwise communicate with us
Please don’t send us sensitive personal information (such as health or financial account details) through our forms.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our website host, Framer, collects limited usage information on our behalf, such as the pages you view, the website that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate country. We use this in aggregate to understand which content is useful. We do not use advertising cookies or sell this information.
Our host and service providers may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and to keep the Site running.
Forms and embedded content
Our forms are provided by ClickUp, the work management platform we use to receive and manage requests. Information you submit through a form is stored in our ClickUp workspace and is subject to ClickUp’s privacy practices as our service provider.
Some pages, including blog posts, embed videos from YouTube. When you play an embedded video, YouTube (Google) may collect information and set cookies according to Google’s Privacy Policy.

To send you information you requested, such as follow-ups about a proposal
To understand how the Site is used and improve its content
To protect the Site and comply with legal obligations
If we send you marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
With service providers who help us operate our business and the Site, such as website hosting (Framer), work management and forms (ClickUp), and email and scheduling tools, who may use it only to provide services to us
If required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or others
As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the information remains subject to this policy
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to provide services, keep business records and meet legal obligations. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing admin@bijli.org. Depending on where you live (for example California, other U.S. states, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to know what we collect or to object to certain uses. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, such as ClickUp, YouTube and LinkedIn. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
