Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.bijli.org (the “Site”), operated by Bijli LLC (“Bijli,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Our services
The Site describes our consulting services, including ClickUp implementation, project management audits and fractional PMO support. Information on the Site, including pricing, is for general information and may change. Any client engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
Submit false information or impersonate anyone through our forms
Copy or scrape Site content in bulk, or use it to build a competing product
Our content
The Site and its content, including text, guides, templates, graphics, videos and our logo, are owned by Bijli or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download and use our free content for your own personal or internal business use. You may not republish, sell or redistribute it without our written permission.
Educational content
Our blog posts, guides, videos and templates are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice, and results depend on your team and setup. You use them at your own discretion.
Third-party products and links
The Site refers to and links to third-party products and websites, such as ClickUp, HubSpot, Asana, monday.com, Make, YouTube and LinkedIn. Those names and trademarks belong to their owners. Our status as a ClickUp Verified Consultant does not mean ClickUp endorses every statement on the Site. We aren’t responsible for third-party sites, products or terms.
Information you submit
When you send us information through a form or email, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that information. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bijli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100. This section does not limit liability under a signed client agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bijli harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
